FHTH is dedicated to the mission of helping people help themselves on a global scale. Our goal is to aid poverty-stricken regions throughout the world by assisting in the development of the infrastructures necessary to promote growth and to provide emergency relief assistance, educational aid and training to people in need. We also, try to encourage those of us who are healthy and have more than enough to eat, to provide emergency relief assistance for those who are facing severe starvation.

FHTH intends to assist the rural population in the poorest areas in the world by supporting rural development initiatives and help local farmers to improve their agricultural productivity. By promoting income-generating activities by village communities and placing emphasis on the participation of women in improving communal improvements. FHTH plans to aid communities in creating more stable market environments. FHTH also wishes to encourage cooperation between local public and private farmers to create the atmosphere conducive for agricultural improvements and other activities. By encouraging investment in the rural infrastructure through education and purchases such as tractors, improved farming methods through irrigation, and increasing the supply of fertilizers; FHTH believes that regional trade will be promoted through such improvements to market infrastructures. To provide adult literacy/vocational education aim to help women, adult and youth access improves leaning environment and to help bring about sustainable social change, relief from literacy to literacy, thereby empowering communities for sustainable peace and development.
