Hurricane Katrina has touched all of our lives. Many of us have friends and colleagues in the coastal communities of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama that have been devastated by Katrina. Scores of communities further inland have been adversely affected by tornados and high winds and water spawned by this hurricane.
